Dr. Hosea Kili, OGW

Biography

Dr. Hosea Kili, OGW, is a distinguished advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holding a Master of Business Administration from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). An accomplished leader in governance, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK), a Fellow Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), and a respected member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).

Currently, he leads the Association of Pension Trustees Administrators of Kenya (APTAK) as President and presides over the Kenya Society for the Blind (KSB) as Chairperson.

His exemplary leadership has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious Presidential Order of Grand Warrior of Kenya in 2011; the ‘2nd Runners-Up CEO of the Year’ at the Company of the Year (COYA) Awards in 2012, and the ‘Personality of the Year’ award at the 2017 Pension Awards. Additionally, Dr. Kili earned recognition as the 2nd Runners-Up ‘CEO of the Year’ in the 2017 and 2018 and was recognized as ‘CEO of the Year’ in 2023 during the Champions of Governance (CoG) Awards.

Dr. Kili also plays a pivotal role in global social security governance, serving on the ISSA Bureau and as a member of the Finance Committee of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) following his election in 2019. His career stands as a testament to excellence in strategic leadership, innovative governance, and impactful advocacy.
