Cultural Tour to Impala Sanctuary
“A Lakeshore Walk with the Impalas”
Set on the shore of Lake Victoria, the largest freshwater lake in Africa, the Kisumu Impala Sanctuary is a peaceful, relaxing place to enjoy the natural beauty that abounds here. The sanctuary hosts impalas, the rare Sitatunga antelope as well as big cats, buffalos, giraffes, cheetahs and several primate species. The sanctuary is also home to five campsites all with spectacular views of Lake Victoria. Bird watching, nature walks and glass bottomed boat rides compliment the activities availed at the sanctuary.
Cultural Tour to Kit Mikayi
- Kit- Mikayi is an impressive rock formation, around 40m of an unusual stone, formation in Kisumu County.The name is a Luo dialect meaning ‘The Stone of the First Wife’

While Registering as a Delegate or as Exhibitor: Begin by registering as a delegate or exhibitor for the Kenya Sanitation Governance Conference 2024. This registration is mandatory to participate in the field excursion.

Choose the Excursion Option: During the registration process, you will be prompted to select your preferred activities. Remember, this excursion is available exclusively as part of your delegate/Exhibitor registration.

Complete Your Registration: Follow the registration steps, providing all necessary information and confirming your selections. Make sure to review your choices carefully to ensure the excursion is included.

Confirmation: Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your selected activities, including the field excursion. Excursions are billed as an additional Cost, and a separate invoice will be shared via email.
